Day Dreaming - Fine Art Prints

from $50.00

Brushtail Possum’s are a common marsupial found throughout Australia. Possums are nocturnal and come out at night to forage for food. Due to habitat destruction and fragmentation, possums have adapted to live very well in urban areas. Possums have become known as a pest to a lot of people. I, myself have had my clashes with possums stealing all the fruit from my trees and destroying my veggie gardens. But how can one be mad at these cute faced animals. We are the ones pushing them out of their environment and they are only trying to survive.

The reference image used for this drawing was captured by nature photographer Robert Pyne.

Day Dreaming received First Place in the drawing category and the People’s Choice Award at the 2023 Art on Show exhibition.

Prints are produced locally using the highest quality cotton rag or canvas with archival pigment inks with a fade resistant life of up to and exceeding 100 years.

The surface of the printed cotton rag is very delicate and will scuff easily if not handled carefully. It is recommended the prints are delivered to a professional framer. To avoid reflections from the glass, it is highly recommended a clear non-reflective glass is used.

The canvas is a textured, 380gsm Bright White canvas suitable for all canvas printing applications. The canvas prints are coated with a UV inhibitor for abrasion and fade resistance.

Allow 10-15 days for prints to be delivered and allow up to 4 weeks for stretched canvases. *Stretched canvases A2 and larger will have an additional postage cost due to their size. Tasha will contact you with the additional amount required once the delivery address is known and the postage has been calculated.
