Southern Beauty

from $45.00

The Great Southern Reef is a system of interconnected temperate rocky reefs which spans the southern coast of continental Australia, Tasmania and reaches north to Brisbane and Kalbarri (in the east and west, respectively). It covers 71,000 km² and straddles five states, running almost 8,000 kilometers.

This image was captured off the east coast of Tasmania at a dive site known as “The Sisters”. Down at a depth of 30-40m the rock walls are covered with so much life. Sponges, seawhips, hydroids, anemones, soft corals, and fish galore.

Prints are produced locally using the highest quality photographic paper or canvas with archival pigment inks with a fade resistant life of up to and exceeding 100 years.

The metallic pearl paper is made up of small pearl fibers that provide a unique, subtle shimmer – making the printed image glisten in the light.

The canvas is a textured, 380gsm Bright White canvas suitable for all canvas printing applications. The canvas prints are coated with a UV inhibitor for abrasion and fade resistance.

Allow 10-15 days for prints to be delivered and allow up to 4 weeks for stretched canvases. *Stretched canvases A2 and larger will have an additional postage cost due to their size. Tasha will contact you with the additional amount required once the delivery address is known and the postage has been calculated.
