Sibling Rivalry - Limited Edition Prints

$600.00

The Tasmanian wedge-tailed eagle (Aquila audax fleayi) is an endemic subspecies of the eagles found on the mainland. All wedge-tailed eagles are protected; however, the Tasmanian eagles are listed as endangered. Wedge-tailed eagles are magnificent to watch, they display such strength and elegance. These two juveniles were captured in Northern Tasmania by bird photographer Dean Hohn. Upon seeing the sequence of images, I was compelled to draw the two eagles interacting with each other. The images made me smile, thinking we all have that relationship with our siblings when we annoy each other to the point of breaking.

The reference images used for this drawing were captured by bird photographer Dean Hohn.

Prints are produced locally using the highest quality cotton rag with archival pigment inks with a fade resistant life of up to and exceeding 100 years.

A1 cotton rag prints are Limited Edition prints with only 25 being printed.

Limited edition prints are personally signed and come with a authenticity certificate.

The surface of the printed cotton rag is very delicate and will scuff easily if not handled carefully. It is recommended the prints are delivered to a professional framer. To avoid reflections from the glass, it is highly recommended a clear non-reflective glass is used.

Allow 10-15 days for prints to be delivered.
